Sairat marriage is invalid Virakhi marriage is valid and Sai is very much single, Virat is the guardian of Savi probably both can show rights on kids but not on each other, something similar to what couples do post divorce after sharing custody(makers didn't get into showing court drama)

I got reminded of Vankar's interview where he said show WAS about Virat and Sai's love story but now they are parents.

Show is out of love or romance genre(tho it was never in it 🤣) it's all about daily drama.

Kids are still small to understand about the complexity of things around, I won't doubt if the entire truth reveal will be at end of this generation or in generation leap.
