For me the movie One Day works... Every time I watch it I end up teary... It my go to movie when I need a good cry.

Crying is good for you though. It helps you release any pent up frustration. That’s good you have a go to movie for that. For me, I get desensitized really quickly and can’t cry at the same show/movie more than one time. It’s strange.
