I think the glam quotient is meant to be the criteria - but this contest thing itself doesn't make sense - because people are just going to vote for who they like. If Sumbul has more fans (which it seems she does) - toh usko more votes. So it's essentially just a popularity contestant - glam wam kuch nahi hain 😆
