This came in my Insta feed last night as I went to bed and it was one of the most thought provoking things I have ever watched. She is absolutely correct. If you take care of your internal world, nothing external matters and you can survive in any time, space, condition or place. Mindset is everything. It took me so many years to understand this but I’m a much happier person now that I understand this concept much better than I did a couple years ago.

Just wanted to share. Phylicia Rashad and her mother are truly such wise women!
