Pretty much 90% questions are all RIGHTFULLY asking when he is quitting , why he is unprofessional and why his performance is so crappy. Good.

I have thrown mine too.

Lets see if he has guts to answer and to accept the genuine negative feedback that he convenient calls trolling because he's too lazy, casual and unprofessional to improve or get a reality check.
