This lady is probably regular one night stand for a rich and famous. They get money and expensive gifts in return. When the girl or woman gets older she gets replaced. This is really common among the rich. These ladies are called trash by the man's wife and family and are never welcomed in house.

I have seen married ladies who are doing this to fund their lifestyle, with complete approval from their husbands.

Hoteliers call this sugar babe.

Some fan wrote a wattapad fanfic and got to publish it in TOI. Journalistic standards at its finest.
