Another point of the promo that I missed in my post. V is holding Savi's hand. He is not stopping Sai, but he can't let go off Savi. And hence he is tied to Sai, as she will leave Savi either. This also aligns with the separation scene, where Sai said that V is stopping her only because of Vinu. Or else he really would not have cared for her. Now it will come true. Because, even if he wants he can't get Sai. But he is unable to let go off Savi
