Isnt Aliza related to feroz? If so then her family might have atleast some idea about his personality. According to galaxy lollywood a lot of people already knew he used to hit sajal and that's why sajal walked out. So atleast some people had an idea about his behaviour.

There is a reason why men like him wants their partners to be as young as possible. Its easy to groom them. This is why i am completely against girls getting married before having any sort of life experience. I read somewhere Aliza is Shia and he is Sunni. Can Sunnis and Shias be related?If his behaviour is known in the family, maybe that's why his parents and sister chose someone from outside a friend or an acquaintance. I read in Humaima's old post that she chose Aliza for him.

Galaxy Lollywood had said after breakup with Sajal his family (maybe even he) wanted someone gharelu for him. So they basically got him a child-woman. It has all the signs of 'iski shaadi karado yeh theek ho jayega'. And HE says in the media he got married Young?!
