From the bottom of my heart, I'm deeply grateful to you all for your love for PBD. Three years is a long time to forget, to give up, to move on, to lose interest but you all surprised me time and again with consistent update requests, perseverant waits and constant encouragement.

I should be thanking name by name but my receding memory might forget some and I can't afford offending any one of you. In last three years, I tried and failed few times, to reignite the spark of magic the leads of this story originally caused in me. I almost believed I'm done with Jodha, Jalal and PBD but then something magical happened.

LOCK DOWN!! 🤣

The whole world went under lockdown giving some of my friends a lot of time and with nothing to do on hands they pestered me personally everyday till I reconsidered writing. I then received some very encouraging requests that reminded me of the characters I built, the journey I began. Those requests and poems duly motivated me to think afresh, to start afresh... and so here we are...

Resuming the journey that halted three years ago!

Dear author you said you'll resume the journey yet here we stand with lots of hope in our eyes and even more patience requesting you to complete the story. I know its difficult especially with the busy lives we live now a days.

But i would like to share on behalf of all the ardent readers that still visit the thread with a hope of getting an update or atleast a note about the future of the story, that PBD is special not only to me but everyone and i guess its more precious to you. I request you to please atleast think about resuming it in a true sense. Untill then we all love you. PBD is a Rose that enouraged us to walk through the thorns of teenage with precious knowledge and life altering lessons. Now after almost 6-7 years we still wait for it to bloom to its fullest and shower us with its beautiful fragrance ❣️

Such a heartfelt message from you on behalf of ardent PBD lovers, without age barriers🤗. I feel sorry for the story to be left this way. I do hope that Jahnu sees this message and resumes her writing so that we will have a proper closure to our Jalal and Jodha’s love/life story👍🏼.
