Btw I was watching tpr usmei ek hotel scene hota hai leads ka usmei kuch hanky panky nhi hai but wo Kareena and Shahid ka hotel decent wale scene ka recreation hai agar wo ismei Dev and vidhi par dikha de by God yaha par Twitter par ig par sab jagah kya gadar machega.

May be it's my imagination but I think after all this drama (1. Her friend trying to commit to suicide, 2. Realizing she can't hurt her parents, and 3. Visiting Amba), she will speak to her dad about focusing on MBA for the next one year or two. And HP will agree with Vidhi's suggestion. He may think Vidhi will be at par with Arjun or any other guy by doing her MBA and people wouldn't wanna marry her to get her as a maid. Vidhi, by the same token, would want to pursue MBA because that's what Dev wants for her and wants to indirectly challenge Amba.

This should stop the marriage discussion with Arjun for the time being so he doesn't get his hopes up and Dev-Vidhi love story grows.

Who knows may be Dev can be a part time instructor at an MBA school. Lol.
