No, that is not confirmed, the actress caught meningitis and had to be hospitalized for ten days, she posted it on her Instagram a while ago.

But today Vansh bhaiyya heard back from a music composer on a man audition tape Ak sent . It got rejected as they thought she was using Maaya’s work. Ak realized how she has lost her identity, her voice.

Then the ever positive Ak decides she will do live shows so that people know it’s her voice.
I think they will use Maya’s clippings from before to fill the episodes but she’s not coming back.

Yaar I am hating this Aru...Even if Akshu went for live singing.... this Aaru and Mahi will definitely create problems there as well....Why this Aaru is so jealous of our Akshu..She is also a doc na ..why can't she be happy with what she get..why she is always into Akshu..She even got Neil...I thought with Neil this girl might turn a little better then I would approve of these two..But No...And ya everyone wants Akshu to make identity on her own...But I don't think its wrong if Abhi supports her and become an inspiration to get back what she lost..Anyways Abhi also got his hand bcoz of Akshu only..Its not like with Abhi's support Akshu will not be the strong lady..Husband support is also important that doesn't mean she can't do by herself..Though he supported her its her own talent because of which she will win..
