Some good news. The covers are being removed from the square. No official time as to when the toss will take place but it shouldn't be long by the looks of it. This, if rain stays away.

He is a good option and currently good form with bowl and lower down bat" I get where you are coming from, but Chahar is coming off a long injury layoff and, I guess, the selectors thought he might be better off getting some game time rather than being thrusted on that important flight to Australia.

Ashwin: "A little concerned that the world cup next year in India will be happening in October-November. Lots of rain across the country at this time, potentially leading to many rain-affected matches. "

Toss will take place at 2.30pm local time, which is 11 minutes from now.
