V picks up Vinu's bag & braces from the bed. There is discomforts between Sai & V. V calls Vinu..let's go. Vinu says his goodbyes to Savi & Sai & leaves. Sai tells Savi..you have played enough...now do your homework. I will search online for jobs.

Thank goodness Savi shut Vinu down about wearing her dress for that crap called anniversary 😆

BK's party workers take their leave. Sonali says shaanth ho jayiye...you have to go to that orphanage for donation drive. P asks BK if she is ready...V must be coming then we can go. Ash tells BK how much punya she is doing. Since that ashram gave us Vinu, how much seva you have done for that place.

Ask says we are proud of you to BK. Bk says not only me, you should be proud of your son too. How much he he has extended to that orphanage. That's why each year I take V & P there. This year there is going to be established a new shishu seva Kendra...inaugurated by V & P.

So Sai is finally asking V for a medical history. Amazing. Its utterly pointless history taking.

I get very disappointed seeing the way they portray the medical aspects. Its laughable.

The Savi-Vinu is too cute in the beginning when she shows him pics of her drawings. Savi shows her special dress. Then Vinu refers to the VP anniversary party and it ruins my mood. Savi also does baba jaap again.

Sai sees the job opening for a doctor in shishu kendra of orphanage as expected.

Orphanage incharge says they want ips to inaugurate clinic but P suggests doctor should do it.

V also says bhagwaan ke baad doctor hota hai. Yet he shows no respect to Sai. He treated his son's doctor with only disrespect all the frickin time.

The orphanage incharge gives glowing recommendation of Sai. BK objects. Sai is leaving. But V says 2 words in her support. Says she is a good doctor. Lets not talk of past. He sounds like he is quoting some philosophical book or something.

BK takes V aside to ask V why he is vouching for Sai. V says this naukri is ehsaan return because Sai is doing free ilaaj of Vinu. V says Sai is a good doctor and will run the shishu kendra well..

By the time they return, Sai has left. And he runs out to stop her.

Then we get the Sai V scene. Sai has essentially told him to F off.

V suddenly gets all mellow, emotional and tells her to take the job because he would not want any child to go through what Vinu went through because he potentially didn't get care on time in the orphanage. He unintentionally discloses that Vinu was anaath from the same ashram. That makes Sai emotional and teary eyed. V tells her Vinu does NOT know hes adopted. Sai says he has done punya ka kaam by adopting. V tells her to help the children. Sai asks him why she didn't tell him he's adopted. He says there was no need. Epi ends with Sai asking- how did you find Vinayak.

Vinu's adoption is relevant for medical readons. As his doctor she should have known his entire history on day 1. In fact pediatric history includes mothers antenatal, peripartum and childs neonatal , developmental history. In mbbs, pediatric history is the most detailed. Its such a joke that Sai has no clue what Vinu's history is. Yes, its possible to start treating without everything but it looks silly to show her enquire now so far into the course.

Whatever.

Everyday its a filler episode.

I really hope Sai doesn't start feeling differently towards Vs betrayal to her. His one good deed of adoption doesn't excuse what he put her through and him marrying P, betraying her. I hope Sai's emotions remain limited to just Vinu and not any leeway to V. Her facial expressions are showing too much tenderness.

I am getting a feeling that Vinu adoption truth may come out and Vinu may flee and Sai will rescue him, support him, understand his pov.

P. s. i am really amazed by the number of traffic scenes they insert every single day into the episode. Uss mein toh creativity bhi hai. Everyday new traffic scenes. Waah.

Many small children are there in the orphanage...we will ensure good medical facility for these children.

Sai is searching for jobs online. UM reads an ad on newspaper about the orphanage looking for a doc. Sai says she will call & ask.
