Frankly speaking, if you remove the whole Sai buying hospital thing then it makes sense why it's difficult for her to make a living for herself, she is an MBBS doctor, she was living in a village and people in village don't really pay more than Rs.100 for doctor's fee, most people in my village go to this one government hospital we have, where they provide consultation and medicines for free

When the issue is bigger like say someone is ill with a disease then they go to disctrict hospital which is 30km from our Nagar panchayat

Doctors who have clinics in big cities or those who are employed in government/private hospitals make good money and for that you need more than MBBS

There are examinations like Chief Medical officer and other good posts, I see many MBBS doctors appearing for these examinations because the money is rather good

We have one private doctor in our NP and he does well for himself as he gets some % from local drug stores

It's not that doctors don't earn enough like they are showing Sai, doctors always do well for themselves but Sai's situation is of someone who is not charging fee for the service she is providing, if this is her attitude then her condition makes much more sense than her earning crores living in a village did with an MBBS degree

You need to do MD to get a good job

PS - My information is from what I have seen around me, I am not sure if hospitals hire MBBS doctors, most hospitals, I have been to have specialists with an MD

Ashwini's dialogues were like she is so sure that this girl isn't her Godu's, it's not that Sai is living with some other man, and except Pakrat, nobody in CN knows about Jaggy angle then how are they so sure that Savi isn't Virat's, what's their thought process behind this I want to know, coz if anyone who can be prime contender for Savi's father is Virat, it's so stupid that nobody is thinking on that line ..

Strange right? They do know they have been a happy couple all along through Vinu's pregnancy after the initial conflicts are resolved. There is a reason they showed Sai susptected to be pregnant duirng vinu's first trimester and the last. Even on godh barai day, they pointed to her being pregnant. There is a 15 day gap between vinu's birth and Sai leaving...an another indication that she could have been just pregnant! So for audience as well as Chavanese, atleast ashwini knows they were active.

The problem comes with their confusion over Sai not calling them back! They think she doesnt love or care enough for Virat. They cant get their head around themselves on why Sai could not have returned...they dont get Sai's fear. They cant see how she could not have delivered one more child in that family when Pakhi is present, Vinu is lost and blame might fall on her. Unless they understand Sai's fears, they will not think sanely. For now, they are like why didnt she call them if she loved Virat. If she didnt call, and apparently living happily then Virat never mattered to her and so she might have moved on with some other man and birthed the child. Thats how they are thinking.

But it is so illogical. Simple math or Virat asking Savi's age should have. solved it. Atleast Virat is a probable candidate 😆

I am bracing myself for more taunts and hate for Sai once Savi's truth is revealed. Virat might turn downright nasty in his anger. Unless Sai herself explains her fears, these people including Virat will not understand Sai. period.
