Really hope that's how it is - she taking her time to say yes to a fiction, especially with the quality of shows that are coming up. But like flutterby mentioned it is on the worrying side for me too. Do miss her acting and hope she gets back to it soon - but yeah... hopefully a 'good' project. If she is taking time for a good project to come up 👍🏼 I really don't mind that.
May not be right..Sriti herself told she has been getting many diverse offers and been auditioning for different fiction characters. 😊

Sriti was offered single, strong, independent, successful, highly educated boss lady lead role as Manmeet Shergill in recently launched much hyped finite fiction show on same Colors channel called Sherdil Shergill produced by Saurabh Tiwari. (may be seeing her boss lady makeover in KKB last year they might have considered her?)
But it seems she took up KKK12 instead & left for cape town outdoors shoot in May.That role later went to Surbhi Chandna.
Interestingly DD after quitting Kundali was offered male lead role in June for same show.
We know how Sriti has been offered many so-called ‘diverse offers’ in the past.. take BV itself.. since you mentioned Colors’ show.. She took on BV because she felt that she would play a rural character, have a Rajasthani accent, and therefore learn as an artiste, in her own words.. but eventually what happened… she was side-lined to give screen space to other actors whose characters were being over-shadowed ( to put it in mild terms). So I really wouldn’t blame her for refusing another show from the colourful channel.
I really don’t know the current ratings of this show.. that you have referred to here, but I feel the channel has too much on its plate and hence many shows are flopping and being forced off air. Plus you have other mediums which has made ITV mediocre with its same old ghhissa pitta same old love triangles, possessive, obsessive lover track, the occasional saas bahu sagas.. so can’t really blame SJ for refusing the offer.

Yes, she is a graceful dancer, but the channel has long since fallen from grace itself.. so again am not very happy to see her in a dance reality show airing on that SAME channel.
Also I shouldn’t mention it here.. but stalking that forum, can already see that people are complaining about the marks awarded and the biasedness and stuff.. so JDJ is another KKK/BB part deux .. ? Thanks, but no thanks! 🙏
