Written update- 28 sept

The episode starts with ritesh meeting his lawyer sumanth bhalla who is confident of winning the custody case. Indu’s lawyer also comes and she says that ritesh is fighting for the custody case and that bhalla has lost only one caee till date and that is against her. So indu has to be confident that she will win the case. Both the lawyers meet and wish luck to each other.

Kaamna is searching for sameer and asking for him to vivaan. Vivaan says he left home early to god knows where. Kaamna tells that deep and dolly are also doing something with ritesh and she doesnt know. Vivaan taunts her that she no more has control over the house and that ritesh is doing things without telling her. Kaamna tells him to shut up and that she knows ritesh wants to adopt zoon but she doesnt want the kid home.she tells him to accompany her to the court.

Indu and ritesh are alone when ritesh tells indu that she needs to keep zoon in focus and that he has the resources to provide for zoon upbringing. He also says that she can meet zoon whenever she wants since zoon considers her a mother. Indu gets angry and tells him to shed the god complex he has about rescuing zoon and that he has really fallen low in trying to use money to achieve what he wants. And she tells him that her mamta is such that she will move heaven and earth but she will not let him separate her from zoon and who is he to give permission for meeting zoon when she is the mother of zoon. She says she has mata rani ka ashirwad. But when she moves away the mata rani’s cloth flies away and lands on ritesh. Ritesh takes it as mata rani ka ashirwad and gets smug and ties it on his hand.

Sameer is waiting for kadambari. Kadambari is not picking his calls. Kaamna-vivaan come and meet sameer. Sameer tells he is waiting for kadambari. When kaamna is clueless, he tells her ti have patience and let the drama unfold. He guarantees it will be entertaining.

Zoon and bobji are trying to make snowman with clay when mouj comes and helps them. But she doesnt talk to zoon. Zoon asks bobji if nani will ever talk to her.

Swati damle is the judge( the lady who handed zoon to the police the day she ran away from child center) . The case begins. Sumanth ritesh lawyer presents his side about indu’s financial condition and how the malhotra are better off when indu lawyer interferes saying that a single male cannot adopt a girl child. Bhalla tells her to have patience and introes deep and dolly as the one fighting for custody. Rainas are shocked. Bhalla says that Indu doesn’t have financial resources and that goondas came and destroyed her house. He says that she cannot give security and protection to zoon and that ritesh had to intervene to sort out the issue. When indu lawyer questions dolly that how long she has known zoon when dolly says that she may have known her for few days but she is a lovely child. She says they dont have kid and that they want to adopt.

Indu’s lawyer argues saying that indu may not be that well off financially but she has looked after zoon since her mom abandoned her at birth. She has taken care of all her needs , education just like a biological mom. And most importantly Zoon considers her only as mother and she wants to live with the rainas.

Kaamna and co wonder where kaddu is.

When the judge is about to give her judgement, kaddu enters and stops the proceedings. Indu is shocked to see kaddu . Kaddu says she is the bio mom and she has brought a lawyer with her.

Kaamna and co are happy. Ritesh is shocked.

Precap: sammer and ritesh arguing and sameer says he is not always right. Ritesh vows to help indu against kadambari.

Rits stands no chance.. ab jis paisa aur financial security ke basis pe case lad raha woh to gaya. Kadamabari hit a sixer for both indu and ritesh- biological mother and someone who is financially well off.
ab zoon chahiye toh he has to fight only with indu by his side..

Aaj itna money and financial stability is more important than love prove karne ki koshish kar raha tha court me to kal agar Rits Kaddu ki side leta aur bolta ki zoon ki custody Kaddu ko hi milni chahiye kyunki she is real mother + Rich bhi hai. To jyada suit karta I think 😆

I hope kal Rits ke riday parivartan ka koi reason de makers, otherwise rushed lagega ye sudden change in Rits 👎🏼
