Now, Covid is just an illness, not severe like earlier, she will be fine with in 1 week or 10 days. Please give her more liquids and vitamins.

Hello Rainbow Friends😊


These days I am not feeling well, feeling feverish, cold, cough and body pains. Taking medicines. Hope will recover soon. At the same time not feeling like sleep. In sleep sweat a lot. Don't know what is happening with me. It is not like I am starving, I take food and liquid intake properly. But still.


Hope all are safe, happy and protected.

Good morning!

Padma just check your blood pressure, sugar and heart parametres if they are fine. Also, I think you have been busy with so many things, so your brain is overwrought and there is underlying anxiety in your mind, relax, do some deep breathing or meditate before sleeping, you will get good sleep. Eat lot of nuts, whether peanuts, almonds, walnuts, they are good for inducing sleep. Also, one hour at least before sleeping keep away from smart phones, the radiation it emits causes sleep disturbances.

Hope Nado's mom is feeling better now. Have a good day everyone, keep smiling just to feel all is well!
