I feel ayesha's popularity isn't being used well. She should've gotten photoshoots much earlier. And, she should get more photoshoots now.

Mv is a little hard to get. As, mostly onscreen or offscreen couples manage to get them easily.

But, the PH should utilize her popularity more and grab her more projects, which will bring her more popularity and visibility.

Her followers got increased and there were so many articles after her magazine photoshoot and Neha's photoshoot. They need to get her more projects.

She's extremely hard working. Literally shot for the photoshoot at night (the lehenga fitvilla cover) and went in the morning to shoot for ghum.

Heard she had to travel also, not sure.

She can handle pressure very well.

But, it's the pressure to shoot episodes also and these people hardly ever have bank episodes.

She had to cancel surat event MULTIPLE TIMES. She even admitted that she reached there kaafi mushkil se.

Regarding Ayesha .. she’s far more comfortable with crew members.. she mostly hangs around with Sandeep K and ishan.. and that’s her choice ..

And starplus fronts her in everything.. this is her show and through this she’s the 3rd most popular in fiction in OrMax List in august .. which is huge ..

Her position and visibility has changed massively in the last 2 years .. if 1 more year she’s consistently in top 5 of ormax list .. life is made .. so she can grin and smile and bear the hardships it is worth it .. there’s no guarantee which will be the next big show ..only 1 show works out of 100 put every month .. and fortunately she’s smart enough to know this

Zee intervenes on such matters even if the show does well.. Nia and ravi were loggerheads but channel had to intervene..

Khair tweepls goes overboard with tiny matters..Ayesha is the lead and face of the channel... If Ghum manages to become number one for a longer periods then there will be no looking back for her...

Apart from ghum she alone is becoming a brand like smriti irani and hina

See from whatever I have seen Ayesha is not dancer ... she is graceful and catches the emoting part correctly... but that's about it.

So even in RWSP today's dance her part was limited... that's fine...

But that limits her options... she should get dance training but don't think she has time right now with such tight schedule...
