RRR is very popular here in USA as far as what I have seen and heard.

Some of the 5-6 whom I had spoken too don't know it and those who watched it have not raved about it. They say that it was nothing different,way over the top to their liking,some scenes were hilarious devoid of logic just like some of Marvel's VFX shit.

no even if they don’t show slums I would love it. It’s not abt what they show in the movie it’s how they show it. How creatively they show it.

I loved RRR too but it’s just not Oscar worthy

Whether u show a fantasy or real life , if shouldn’t look like staged .. RRR is filled with bad acting and it’s drama looked fake. Only good thing is storytelling/narrative but it doesn’t seem real visually, and a movie is all abt visuals.
