Any parent knowing their kid struggled would be mad at those responsible for it. So him upset with Priya about that is something I can understand.

But in twitter world, everyone seems to think it was only about the money aspect. Like Ram was throwing that I have money around and you don't kind of attitude towards Priya while blaming her.

The way he said my kid suffered while I was alive was more along the lines of regret he couldn't protect his kid than thinking I am rich and you are poor so Pihu suffered.

We were also shown about their adventures and mostly everyone claims that Priya tried her best and no one is debating that, but Pihu did suffer in those adventures at least a little even if the five year old thought it was a adventure.

Also I would be the first to admit emotional stability is important too and with Ram's step family. That would be the last thing Pihu gets as they most likely would make the kid suffer emotionally instead and Ram would remain cluless 😡.

So in a way both of them were not capable of being the sole parents Pihu needs because they couldn't provide the kid with emotional and financial stability as a single parent.

So what is your take?

I agree Nita. Both are incapable as parents. As much as I detest Priya at the moment, we cannot deny Ram is the idiot of the biggest order 😵 his step family is bad news but this guy cannot open his eyes and see that. Ram was not flaunting his money in front of Priya but he was a man who has worked hard to get to the position where he is and he did that to provide a good life for his family. Y should he not be upset upon knowing the hardships Pihu faced coz of Priya’s lofty dumb ideals and selfishness? Yes for me Priya is selfish. She was stupid enough to sacrifice her life for Ishaan’s sake. And what’s worse even after she got to know she was pregnant her first priority was her nephew not her unborn child or her husband who craved for a child. People may white wash Priya as much as they want but it cannot be denied she ruined Ram’s life at the excuse of letting him lead a happy life away from her. If she was really selfless she would have given Pihu to him thinking the pain he suffered at the loss of his sister coz of her family would be mitigated to some extent. It was easy for her to give in to Nandu’s threat and run away with Pihu. She wanted the happiness of a child all for herself. If not by now she would have felt regret for her actions but there is none. Ram has tons of flaws as an individual but with Priya it’s a set of bad decisions that has led everyone to where they r today.

One thing atleast got clear though ki woh naya set was actually a resort , jisme they were staying indefinitely🤣 Kapoor Mansion still exists 😛 Although, Pihu is really a super 5 year old kid, woh khud se hi bhaag ke kahi bhi pahuch jaati hai, resort se KM akele waah & apparently she needs alone time too🤣

Agreed. And it has really spoilt the show for me. You cannot claim to love a person and take away all their happiness. She left him when he was at the lowest, denied him the love of his daughter and betrayed him by claiming to love someone else! This is actually the betrayal of the highest order and you cannot do that just because someone is threatening you. I am actually with Ram on this, Nandini may have threatened her, but it was always her decision to make. Chalo I agree she was not in state of mind that time, but what after she was released from jail when she wasn't able to give her a proper life, did she never think then to tell Ram the truth? She was selfish and wanted her daughter all for herself. Throughout pre-leap, the theme of Priya was how neglected she was by her father and ironically, she chose to do that to her own daughter! How funny is that!

This also will be forgotten the very next episode. They will show this fairytale and the next moment Nandu will come with some other plot and Ram will shout at Priya once again. Every week they give us one such scene just for doing fan service which makes no sense in the overall plot and is conveniently warded off the very next episode! This show is just running in cycles with no progress, no continuity. Every viewer is complaining that they simply can't feel the magic anymore because nothing makes sense!

Same here ya! Ram is dumb for sure but when u have a wife like this, what more can u expect from a guy like him who was never able to think straight?

The progress of the story is zilch in this show and the growth of characters is nil! Ram’s character growth is stagnant where Priya’s has descended enormously. How come they both are not shown introspecting at all! The CVs have turned Priya into a hateful character who was never shown any regrets for what she did 5 years ago.Ram is shown time and again voicing out his pain multiple times in front of Priya but shockingly Priya remains emotionless at these outbursts. Showing her sobbing in these scenes is not enough!

Ram was so right in questioning her yesterday especially after her second attempt to run away! I think the makers want to cash in only on Ram’s sufferings making Priya the most hateful character! why did Priya say only half truth about N’s threats. Why did she say it was only for Ram to not see her face and live in guilt for a life time? What about N’s threat to throw Pihu in orphanage and get her a lifetime sentence?

The writing is not thought through and come out half baked. N’s still seen to be cashing in on the lack of communication between Ram and Priya. The CVs need to stop stalling the progress and move the story.The custody plot seems so forced after the leads have talked about bringing up Pihu together but believing their spouse has sent it. This has to better bring out the evil other wise another nonsense to stall the progress…

Doesn’t Ram even have second thoughts on whys: - when N was justifying the custody case, when N was watching CCTV on phone with no purpose, when N was stalling the search for Pihu by talking about something that could have been discussed later, when N is forcing Ram to sign the custody summons with V instigating from behind again?

Probably I am expecting too much from Ram, but still expecting something since it involves his only daughter whose identity was unknown till recently and his wife has already blamed his step mom…..🤣
