Look at his life

His wife killed his sis, and she told lies about cheating him

His step family held him responsible for Priya’s misdeeds

He had friends , he chased them away they too never came back , never tried to patch up

Now he feels his daughter doesn’t want some one like him as father

And this is the reason I can’t connect with Priya. No matter what Nandu did, at the end of the day it was her call and she denied Ram the joy of being a father.

Priya went jail for Ishaan seriously

He is the real killer he should get the punishment , since he was a child few months he could have been out fast

This is the one thing I still can’t figure out. It looked forced to me for her to claim about cheating and paternity. All this for Eshaan, I think. She cannot think Ram will live happily after knowing this!! This crappy writing actually killed the essence of BALH for me.
