As many spoiler suggests, n actress told in IV - she is POJITIVE.

I think she is actually made Positive. N on contrary to what everyone thinks, I feel she will ask Sai to be back to CN so she can help Virat n Sai patch up. She will do it in the boy’s treatment name but it will be to maker her love happy.
