The Kapoor's or rather Raj Kapoor was known for his misogynist attitude, multiple affairs and alcoholism. Shammi and Shashi were not though they were quite respectful to their spouses and we're pretty normal families. Nargis and Raj Kapoor films created the RK studio as they were a hit pair and were money makers. Nargis had put her heart and soul in RK studios and walked out for various reasons. She met Sunil Dutt and never looked back. Raj Kapoor had multiple affairs with his heroines too and also was very clear that none of his family daughters would be in films or TV the daughters in law would quit films. Neetu and Babita quit because of that but Babita rebelled.

Karishma joined only after Raj Kapoor death.

The Congress politician were very close to the Kapoors especially during the cold war where India supported Russia , that is why many RK films released there.

The Kapoors were rich and very politically connected that is why they were perceived to be a good catch and that is why many women kept quiet or were made to kept quiet.

I wonder how can he sleep peacefully after doing these horrendous activities. And the heartbreaking part is he wasn't punished but his victims were oppressed
