Actors ko aivyani hi badnaam when BW writers and screenplay is equally the part of the problem. Half of the movie is ruined by below par writing, BW should go back to the drawing board and explore new talent in terms of writers/ directors, then we can take it forward with new actors!

Because actors are paid/promoted the most, blame bhi aayega - part of the parcel 😆
But agree try to hire good writing talent , pay them good compensation and promote them - May be they will do good work 😆

But that’s where they are going wrong, why do movie makers think it can alone run on star power/ actors ?
As I said good writing/ direction is the base from where the actors can take it forward , so they should work focus on that first. BW should first recognise them as vital part of movie’s success, tabhi problem solve hoga. Consequently this will result in good pay and recognition for them like HW.
