Sai is smart, good doctor and she is the FL of the show but usko kabhi Kabhi kuch jyada hi overconfident Bana dete hai... like her impulsiveness is wrong in some cases, here too her confidence that she can safely deliver the baby and keep the mother alive is too much.
Sai hasn't seen the patient, doesn't know what condition the baby is in but yet is supremely confident that she will manage . There isn't an ounce of doubt in her. Itna to vo doctor bhi guarantee nahi dete jinko patient saamne dikh raha ho. Make her alpha but keep her sane yaar. 😔
Dai Maa is suitably impressed and while she was in cahoots with Gulab, she might speak in favour if Sai tomm. Hariya, Gayatri husband will also support since everyone has told him that there is no positive hope for the baby and mother.
Anyway, Sai Hai to sahi hai. Baby is fine. Safe and healthy. Gayatri is safe too. In between the delivery we get flashbacks of Sais own delivery. Looks like she was alone. To phir UM kaha thi? Sai didn't go to GC after the accident it seems. She stayed somewhere else.
She gives a number to the doctor to handover the baby to this person in case she dies. The Doc asks if this is husbands number. It's left unsaid but in all probability it is V ka number.
CN drama is extra saccharine. Ash asks P to go shopping etc. V comes and stands listening to all this in between giving happy looks.
Vinu comes and says we are all going together. V explains that in the hospital after he agreed to go on trip and the appointment, P and he mutually decided to first go for treatment and then on the trip. Vinu tries to be magnanimous, but P says we will go later. Same as precap.
Everyone looks impressed.
As I had predicted, the "nayi shuruvat" was a fake precap. It was deliberately shot to rile us up. Doesn't happen in the show. Neither is the supposed soft look V gave to P in the previous precap is in the episode. It might have been edited out later.
V gets ice cream for her in the room. P is surprised. He says I don't know your preferences, but you craved for ice cream during your pregnancy so I got you this.
V is still at Mera beta Mera parivar... P reminds him hamara beta aur hamara parivar. He apologizes again but then only mentions hamara beta... slight handhold. He thanks her for understanding "all this". It looks more like gratitude.
Mentions that he had lost the will to live if it had not been for Vinu. Takes Sais name and leaves rest unsaid. P is okay.
Both agree that Vinu is priority and that after meeting Doctor Aunty Vinu has been filled with positivity. We should both go and thank her.

Vinu calls Saavi and informs her they are coming.
Saavi is as usual her adorable best. P talks to Saavi and she like a polite well mannered child says, "Namaste aunty aap kaise ho?"
P is impressed. Saavi keeps on blabbering her cute stuff about her mom and when P asks who is the elder of the house, Saavi says "main" 🤣. P loses it and laughs genuinely. Adorable adorable exchange. In between Vinu gives a look to P as if "now you see why I like her". P gets why V and Vinu is so besotted with Saavi.
P talks to UM and UM realizes the familiarity of the voice. P looks like she too makes that connection after UM mentions it. Scene ends.
Precap is V and Vinu going to Kankavli.
Vinu asks for Sais address... Sai very specifically mentions Dr. Sai Joshi and V is shocked. Also exclaims "Sai!!"
Why does he need her address when he already knows where she lives???? Faltu ka drama. 😆
So tomm might be the supposed meeting. Will V go with the connection already established in his mind about Dr. Sai Joshi and Saavi??? Looks like it if the precap is true.
V-P dynamic is same. But he is slowly moving to a friendlier zone with handhold and ice creams. The ice cream and P ka surprise looks like this is a first gesture V made on his own. She is still Patralekha though.
BK Ash have a premonition that something is going to happen. Like Msin has put up in the title... Bappa Pati Patni ke beech sab thik Kardo. There is a lingering shot on Bappa after Ash says this. Makes sense. Bappa thik karenge. But only between the actual Pati Patni. Wheels are already in motion. 👍🏼
P is not accompanying on the trip so V-Sai meeting is only between them. Hopefully it would be good and no further MU. Jags is not seen today but may come back in case the village situation worsens.
Might also happen that when the village woman are standing in support of Sai, V arrives and sees with his own eyes how Sai has managed to make a life for herself and probably save her when things get nastier due to Gulab Gang.
