Piddhi-Pumpkin 2.0 will be the least liked pair of them all. There is no depth to both the characters, very shallow, no value systems, both are liars, thrive in cheating others. So, yeah they are indeed rebellious as well as ghatiya jodi. Piddhi is slightly better than her in terms of loving his family, brothers and bhabis, Pumpkin 2.0 is detached as hell and all she cares about is herself which is a classic case of narcissistic behavior, Me, My and I.

How much ever the writers justify their love story, it is simply not going to cut it , atleast not for me,

Going to turn the tide away from the offscreen pictures of RWSP which I simply don’t care about and talk about Raavi, my favorite in the show.

So Raavi won a Motorbike during dahi handi last year, thar’s the one the brothers have been using it all along (and we saw Krish taking Shweta back home) because Shiva burnt the only bike the 3 of them shared during Kanwad Yatra confrontation.
Dev is not even in the picture because his Katara Scooter is very much alive and kicking😆

Now fast forward to 1 yr later, Raavi buys the first car ever for Kandya Parivar ( IMO, she is going overboard, the family doesn’t deserve one😆) which again all the namoones will be using but Raavi will be making the payment

Raavi neither learned to ride the motorbike properly last year and I don’t see her learning to drive car this year 😆(BTW, Alice doesn’t know either of them, said she has no plans to learn driving, but when she has KD taking her around everywhere, why does she need to learn😆)

The girl who is called a dobi, humiliated, ridiculed by the family has only risen higher and higher in life and brought only goodwill for the family. No wonder Shiva now feels proud because she has repeatedly shown that she can do things that this family can never do because half the brothers time is spent in rectifying BhabiMa’s kaands 😔

All they have is that one store, how did Suman even think the brothers can buy a car with one income because Gombi is not that smart to save the store as well as manage to buy a car because BhabiMa was saving up the money for her expenses. If they wanted it, BhabiMa could have bought a car before when she had the 17 L FD, instead they chose to use it for her IVF which was a total bust, courtesy Anita.

I wonder what made Maruti Suzuki Dzire to promote their car in PS or did Alice really buy the car with the notion of learning to drive at some point or did any other cast or crew member buy it, because I have not seen PS do a product placement and promoting it in the show in all those 507 episodes until today 😆

They showed interior and exterior of the car, like it was a promotional video you see in the company’s website. They made Suman and Raavi say a few words of praise a out the car, like it was an AD campaign 😆

Suman called it Stylish Dzire, Spacious Dzire😆

I think this is Sitara's initiative, they have Maruti's sponsorship and probably told PS to promote it.

Alice isn't going to learn how to drive any time soon lol, though she should.

when huge hungama happened, they quickly ff’d track. Showed what made audience happy: Bhabhi in jail, getting humiliated- for good half the week. Ran promos about it, as dog whistle : come back.
people did. I had stopped watching it, but did catch up on beizzati episodes, mazaa aya.
Watching evil getting called out always works.
Then a sweet daughter & handicap boy for lead couple were introduced. Then the whole hit & miss of meeting. Both kids with other parent & bonding unknowingly: all thrown in.

All sure shot formulas of attracting audience. So far the number picked up for this.

Their test will be now - coming weeks when they start Bhabhi-devar’s married life .
But people will still watch till Sai is back & the messed up marriage equations start playing out.

Similarly, from my viewer point, I can tell you: had stopped watching Maa: watched again with new baby & father meeting first time. Was cute scene between new parents. No clue what other tracks stories ongoing are, but Maa is kind of show have always watched on & off.

Anyways, PS mein bhi- bachchas have brought some additional dimension. Though they still mainly use dolls unlike other shows. PS simply gets lucky with prior slot getting new shows every now & then. So begging & end of that show always gets audience & Ps gets spillover views.Plus ghum has solid viewer base: in holiday times these things always give an edge- because tvs stay on.

Ghum has no solid fanbase. They just show a lot of fake promos for the audience to tune into episodes. So, even if they watch it for 10 mins, it counts. The 2.6 TRP only happened coz it was Sai-Savi-Vinu and very little of NB's acting chops🤣 last week, hence the good trp. Next wek it'll be reduced again coz they showed the complex marriage crap or Devar-Bhabhi along with devar's criminal family. They sort of balance it out with the actors. Even thou the real kouple throws tantrums, the makers use Ayesha's popularity in promoting their show. She gets more importance even if a certain someone has a entire track written about her. Yes, actors like Sachi, Jeet, Shailesh, Mitali, Yogi were turned into mere props coz didi wants max SS, but Ayesha's SS was not affected coz they know that she brings the numbers.

I am not so sure if Dzire needs promotion, it is a very popular car. 4 extended family members (uncles/aunts, cousins) from my side and my husband’s side plus my in-laws and my sister too all have this car 😆

So Shweta entered Kandya Niwas towards the of Episode# 504 ( Monday, August 29th) and her kaands started at the end of episode# 506 (acting as if she got a panic attack) and just in 3 episodes - 507, 508, 509, wreaked havoc in Pandya parivar and has gone to the extent of harming people physically, mentally and emotionally. She is no ordinary girl, her mind is evil and has plenty of ideas to plot and plan, not only against Kandyas but her own parents 😡 and the makers want us to enjoy her love story with Krish? 🤬
