kairav is not the sole reason for ak staying back even after surgery. If that was the case , then she would have run away today too.. like she told khera today that you healed my husband. I will keep my end of bargain and will not run until competition finale..

so this is how I view the situation:

Ak left- due to abhi, she had already agreed to giving her voice to maaya for abhi’s hand and kairav tagged along later

Ak stayed back- partially due to Kairav’s bad heath (and dare anyone blame her for that. Also abhi would have done the same in he was out in akshu’s shoes) and partially because she wanted to keep her end of bargain since khera did fix abhi’s hand.

From today's episode it is clear to me -

Akshu is all pure diamond heart...Even Abhi will be smashing Khera..Akshu will interfere and ask him to let him go because no matter what..Abhi's hand is back because of Khera...

Akshu will never forget that...for her her career takes back seat than Abhi's hand got normal by Khera..

Our goddess of tolerance and sacrifice will let Khera siblings go back to Mauritius for sure...

Roasting from Abhi will be there...but i don't think they will get any punishment

Post leap I am loving Akshu more than Abhi 😛...somehow i am loving her ...the way she thinks naively innocently..always keeps doing good for anyone...

She said na - if someone is in trouble and if she can be of any help..she will definitely do it ❤️
