Hey Nutty, idk 😕

The outer layer tasted like somewhat roti and inside it was sweet and warm (purplish color filling). Idk if they make traditional or not abroad.. From outside it looked a lot like the fried modak that I’ve seen in ghum 😅

So I'm a teacher (dunno if I mentioned to you) and today was "curriculum night", which means parents meet their children's teacher for the first time and we have to give them an overview of the whole year (presentation style). So I got late because parents can be such a PAIN !!!!
