Deepika is definitely miles ahead in acting and I find her prettier. Only thing Katrina rates better is her dancing and Kamli Kamli figure.

They both are good looking but i always thought Deepika was prettier

Don't know about others but for me Kat is way superior to Deepika in every thing...looks...charisma...screen presence...off screen persona...she is not as cunning as Deepu....but yeah....in acting I would rate Deepika slightly better....not a lot just slightly..
