I think it will happen like promo, he hears her singing & think its her.

And later, they will bump into each other accidentally & Akshara will freak out and run away, while Abhimanyu will try to run after her.

Ak will hide & Abhi will think he is crazy. Ak will run back to Dr. K & not mention anything.

Or while trying to look for Ak, Abhi will bump into Dr. K & Maya.
