I absolutely loved chupke chupke, ishq jalebi and suno chanda and compared to all these hum tum is mediocre at best.

Even though i find her nose distractive i also appreciate her for not coming under pressure and doing anything to her face. I appreciate Korean actress park shin Hye for the same reason. I don't like her acting as well and don't really find her much pretty but i appreciate that she didn't undergo any surgery esp in an industry like Korea.

I also didn't watch it fully. I only watched few episodes.Yes Saras one was more subtle. I couldn't even watch suno chanda because Iqra was too loud for me😆. But I did love Chupke chupke, many times and I liked Ishq Jalebi too.

I also like Park shin hye. Her drama is the fist one I have ever watched so she has a special place. Also she has been involved in donations even when she wasn't that much popular. I really appreciate her for that. I watched only one drama so I cannot say further about her acting skills. yeah she too haven't done plastic surgery. But she almost always is in the list of most beautiful girls of korea so maybe she and her agency doesn't think she needs too. But then even some naturally beautiful actress have gone though knife. I really feel bad for the actors there. Their beauty standards is something else and even their fans are crazy.

Sarah khan can do sad crying scenes better than maya

I have seen maya Ali only in aun zaara, diyar e dil and teefa in trouble and she was good in all. Nothing amazing but definitely way better than Sara Khan and she is pretty good with comedy.

Sara is better than her sister noor who neither has dialogue delivery or face expressions.

Sara is definitely better than noor. Noor look like a zombie she has zero expression and always felt like she is sleeping.

Maya has more charm I feel

I also liked Noor. Its a shame she couldnt act. Her chemistry with Bilal was so good

Iqra was over the top in suno chanda but farhan and the actress playing his mother were amazing and their combination scenes were the best. I love the way farhan calls her 'oy amma'😆.

I watch atleast 2-3 dramas of an actor before i cut them out of my list and stay away from their dramas. Park shin Hye is one of them. I no more can watch her onscreen. I have seen 2 or 3 of her dramas and her acting is bad in all of them. She is like female Lee Minho. No matter which role she plays she looks and feels the same. She is considered to be beautiful outside Korea and not in Korea. She is also one of the most popular hallyu stars and since she was a child actor she is liked by Korean public. They have a special place for child artists turned actors. I like one thing about Korean audience. Even though they are very beauty concious and loves some actors for their offscreen personality they won't justify mediocre acting. They call out anyone who don't act well no matter how much they like their offscreen personality or physical appearance.

She herself has said in IVs that during her initial days everyone from the industry used to say she needs to have some work done on her face to look more beautiful but she refused to do so. She started very young and started playing female leads in her teenage years. If she was able to not come under pressure at such a young age she is really strong as a person. I appreciate her as a person but not as an actor.

Yes. Noor looks like she is sleep walking all the time.

I agree maya has more charm. She has more screen presence and has star quality.

I think noor worked with bilal in two projects during his initial days. In one she played his sister and the other was a telefilm. When i saw the telefilm i thought Bilal should have been paired with a better actress.😆

Sadly Sanam Saeed doesn't do dramas nowadays.😒 New actresses are just ok. 10 yrs ago actresses were better, and had strong screen presence.

Ya. Sanam saeed seems to be very choosy with her works. She has a drama with fawad Khan coming on Zee5. They are done with the shooting. Zee5 webseries gives off old classy pak drama feels. I loved the simplicity ek jhooti love story had. I didn't watch dhoop ki deewar completely but from whatever i have seen it also looked very subtle. No unwanted drama or villains or vamps. So i have high hopes with sanam-fawad webseries.

Almost all the top actresses that has a career of more than 10yrs seems to be focused more on doing good work instead of being visible on tv all the time. Even if they choose to do dramas they will do only one in an year or two.

I guess from the young ones only sajal and yumna can manage to carry an entire drama on their own.

I can't afford watching webseries. So I hope someone upload this drama.. and if it was a romantic one I may watch it . 😕 EJLS was ok. I watched it on web. I wish they showed more romance between its leads though.😒

Even Sajal and Yumna are among those actresses who started their careers 10 yrs back. I am afraid none of the new actresses is as impressive as them. 😒 Maybe I am an old school. But I feel new actresses focus more on their looks than their acting skills.. maybe it is the characters they play, or the dramas they do..😕 I love Kinza .. she is versatile .. Hiba is good too , but I think she should experiment more on her roles.

I loved ejls but i agree there was very less romance of the leads for a drama with love story in its title😆. I also didn't like the pairing of Bilal and madiha though i liked their characters individually. It gave me zgh vibes esp with the self talk of the leads. I also liked each sister's ending. Loved that they showed the eldest sister going for higher studies and focusing on her career instead of showing she isn't happy because she didnt get married at the right age set by the society. All the characters had flaws but none where bad people. They all learnt from their mistakes and became a better version of themselves by the end. Everyone had character development. There was no unnecessary drama or toxicity or negativity. I felt good by the end of the drama. Its totally a stress free watch which is super rare for pak dramas. Most pak dramas have depressing themes.😆

I think new actresses are cast for their looks only that's why they concentrate on their looks. Most dramas are saas bahu toxic dramas and they only require a sweet masoom looking fair skinned girl that can cry from the first episode till the last. That's the only requirement. 😆

Good directors with good scripts only want top actresses that can handle the character. So we never get to see the actual capability of these new actresses. I stopped watching badshah begum by ep 7-8 but komal meer was really good from whatever i have seen of her. Anmol has potential but she has a lot of scope for improvement. Her looks are quite flexible to play masoom as well as negative characters. She looks convincing in both but she has a long way to go.

I think it hasn't been 10yrs since sajal and yumna started acting as leads even though they have been in the industry for more than 10yrs if i am not wrong. Sajal is still in her 20s and yumna started getting fame recently. That's why I took their names.

Hania aamir is acting really well as hala and she might become more popular in the future if giving good scripts. Isn't she pretty new? I cannot think of any other new actors right now.
