I think base is same as they can not remake due to channel ka copy right. It was Zee Marathi show but makers are same. They still are doing or reshuffling same track as TPR. Majority of them so far is same track. But I think there is no reincarnation track. Her father losing job also was in TPR
my problem is when I watch it keep reminding me TPR.

That’s my problem too! It was such a fluffy and feel-good kind of show for me and now it just gives me sinister vibes and I feel like I’m always looking for hints and clues in everything the ML does to see if he’s like the guy from TPR. It’s possible the makers want to reimagine the same story with the whole age difference and similar circumstances but with two genuinely good people who fall deeply in love. I really hope that’s the case.

Question for people who actually watched TPR - was it assumed that ML was the son of the family or did they explicitly say it and then go back on it. Because here it’s explicitly and clearly being said that Dev is the step-son and step-brother. So I don’t see how they can change that in the future.

Agree with you that possibly updated new love story but same happening with me. Every word comes out of ML I try to read between the line. If he is the guy like TPR and would be revealed later 😆I know it is stupid but similarities forcing me visiting back.

I did actually watch TPR without fail until it became terribly dark story as I could not see sad innocent FL.

In TPR, Initially viewers thought/ assume he was the son of family as it was not clarified he was son in law. His MIL was shown asking him to marry. But we were wondering why his own mother would address him as “ Aap” in Marathi. Few episodes later, it was clarified he is son in law. Way later when his reality was shown, it was revealed that he was pretending to be in love with his dead wife thus rejecting to remarry. All this time he was planing and plotting. There was no step family. All he had was in laws.

Has Amba filled her own maang or are they divorced or was it a secret temple wedding where in a spur of emotion he put sindoor on her.
