I may be in minority, but I liked the way she shouted at Basit after the rishta went away. Let's be real... Basit has not been very respectful towards his in-laws before this. And to suddenly come and display his authority as the man of the house is double standards.

Plus, it has been clear that the main reason why Zoya is in love with Aamir is because she sees him as the ticket to get away from this hellhole that is her life. What she said about leaving education due to lack of funds or being afraid to eat one roti extra is true and Basit should know of their circumstances. It gave him a view of what he is dealing with and why Ayesha is desperate to support her family. So, I see that as a good thing.

I liked that scene a lot bec of the way he sent Aamir away with authority . It's not double standards , its his right and qudsia has given him that right .

Nopes..the main reason why Zoya is in love with Aamir is because she wants money . 💰. She is just like Aamir..kaam na dhaam aish karo ma baap ke paise par... she expects someone will keep paying for her expenses .and her expenses are not of a middle class girl..in a family where 2nd roti is frowned upon, she spent lakhs of rupees in buying designer wear and gifts for her boyfriend woh bhi chori ke paise 😆Neither is she interested in taking any responsibility of her family like ayesha and bano , nor does she feel a bit sympathetic to them. Free ka maal is what she wants.

Basit knows abt thwir circumstances and he is more than willing to help but Ayesha doesn't want to take it remember ? 😆 Every epi they r discussing this one topic, mera ghar unki zaroorat unke haalat , aapke paise nahi chahiye izzat chahiye , meri job ..as if Ayesha can fulfill all their demands by doing a menial job...basit will pay bano more than his employees so that ayesha gets out of this guilt .

hehe..couldn't help but pop in...I loved that whole scene! The fact that all it took was a single statement from Basit to puncture all the grandiosity assumed by Amir and uske gharwaley was brilliant! I applauded at that moment. Did you notice Bano's face? She too looked relieved that Basit had said what he did because that shameless talk of dowry had left all of them shocked (apart from Qudsia and Zoya I think).

But I also loved the fact that Zoya shouted at Basit. I mean of course you are right that she is a hypocrite of the first order! And has the ability to speak harsh words just so as to get her own way in things (much like her mother). But it felt good to see Basit stand and being shouted at...and what she said wasn't a lie either. Zoya knows exactly where to strike though her words did not find their mark thankfully. It was actually a testament to the change that had taken place in Basit that he immediately turns around and calms Qudsia down by saying it is no matter and that Zoya is only a kid.

This was the first time we saw Basit act like he was part of Ayesha's family. I really want to see him understand the reality of Ayesha's family, that they are not only people who take money from him but also are caught in a situation that make them vulnerable. Especially the fact that Bobby phupo and Bano have sacrificed much for this family. This might make Basit understand Ayesha a bit better. Ayesha's words in the car pointed in that direction and he did listen though perhaps not understand.

Till last episode they were in different rooms but in this episode they shared same room.

Just loved these two episodes

The story is moving with good pace. Basit and Ayesha two incomplete souls, bind by a strong relationship. And it's actually delight to watch progression of this relationship. Ayesha expecting basit to be more expressive. But Basit is introvert. He will take his time. Tho he has soft spot for Ayesha and i guess he fell for her as well. But he take time to accept this fact. His reaction when she asked for divorce is it's prove. He does care for her family bus uska tareeqa thoda alag hai. Basit will change, ayesha just need to be patient.

Can't wait for coming episodes. I wanna see Basit Bano bond. Bano and basit's friend love track and ofcourse Basit Ayesha love track ☺️
