I agree. But in my view just how Aksharas character development has taken time to change so will Abhimanyu’s. I’m not saying he should always jump to conclusions- but there is growth for sure. Had he been precious Abhimanyu - he would have bashed Kairav like anything without a thought and lost it completely. And also please note - when Akshara said please give Kairav a chance - Abhimanyu calmed down a bit. Mahima went ahead and slapped him. So character development is there but just like Akshara it is gradual

I really don't think "shipping" had anything directly to do with the no interviews. If the PH tells them to do interviews they would. But if the PH is stopping interviews then the actors are not going to give. Same with tagging on social media. Quite frankly after the Insta live I think any fan only watching for shipping left the show and any remained were true fans of the actors to want to support their work or just in general fans of the show. Wouldn't surprise me if some people being a bit salty about what happened turned anti on either one of them HC or PR and resorted to Twitter unrest or directly leaving bashing messages on posts of either HC or PR. No media could have been a form of protection to the cast from the haters. They were focused on their work. But whomever was in charge of social media I think made a blunder in how things were handle hence these rumors and people acting all sorts of weird asking questions liket if cast members are getting along with each other, are people at odds with PH or writers/creatives, is HC leaving the show, is PR leaving the show, etc.

The show runners let the negative personal rumors grow too loudly and because they had no show promos to show it made things worse. Nothing for the audience to look forward to with a complete black out of media.

I would understand maybe a month but after that everyone back to hyping the show like normal and doing what is needed but that did not happen.

Yes I hope they don’t butcher his or Aksharas character. Just saw the promo. Looks good. I just truly wish and pray that - even if they’re making Abhimanyu carefree (in front of the world to build a wall on his heart) they don’t butcher his profession. He should remain surgeon always. I just hope that never ever changes and same with Akshara - always a singer. Hope they don’t touch their professional lives. Abhimanyu’s hand is fine after surgery and goes back to being a surgeon - just along with workaholic he’s now carefree (not looking at another girl ever though. Would love that one man woman character trait intact too. That’s his essence, his core.)

But as I said I don't like leaps it always kill the original character. The essence of Abhira will be lost not as pair but as individuals.

AK dressing changed. I not complaining but it looks different a different person. And I hate it.
