It is monkey only, that fire being towering over him has a tail, i have just investigated,

never heard of monkey astra, brahma, all elements air, fire are weapons though

Astra ke naam pe kuch bhi? Brahmastra and other astras based on pancha tatwa is known, but vanar astra? Like seriously? I think it should be Vana astra. Something like power from forest, if it makes sense.
