Its the dialogues mainly, its not him. As a chracter Akram has nowhere to go. There is no way he can fight it off. According to the real story, media ko daba diya tha. No channel, portal or social media platform wrote about it. If Akram was upper middle class then this behaviour would be odd. But right now I don't find it weird.
