I think Shamsher summoned all three to be there. Thats how i see it. He didn't leave anyone any choice. Flight pakad ke aana hai matlab aana hai. Woh itna khiska hua hai ki, zabardasti ki shaadi bhi kar raha hai and expects her whole fam also to be present there.

So it was not like Akram could just leave nida and naahid back home and come here even if thats what he wished and even if thats the ideal thing to do.
