True, kaddu victim card khelne ki full chance hein & yeh bhi bol de ki indu ne usko zoon se separate kiya hein. Shaayad isiliye aaj ke episode mein ritesh & kaddu ke face off dikhaya, aage jaake ritesh will feel the difference in kaddu's so called love & indu's love for zoon.

Yepp, she will claim like she was unconscious and had no idea where her daughter was after the whole incident hence could not do anything, and pretend like she spent 5 years looking for Zoon

Initially Rits might believe her and give her a benefit of the doubt because she is the biological mom + Zoon has not been adopted, which even Indu will testify is true, but then if they give Zoon to Kaddu, both of them will realise she is toxic to Zoon and does not really care for her and then fight for custody. Zoon might also feel betrayed in the short term knowing that Kaddu is her mom so she might go with her, but wanna be with RiDu. Rits will realise Indu is the right mom, marry her and kahaani ka doosra aadhay chalu hoga..
