It's organized by the Ministry of Culture, Govt of India so likely good exposure. Awesome recognition for them both!

Checked on the stadium - seems an indoor stadium with a capacity of 3000 people. Wonder how the free entry works!

I have been repeatedly listening to her performance in Jaipur and am just wonder stuck. Each and every rendition is delivered with finesse and depth with her magical voice that you are just pulled in! The medley after her signature Lag ja gale, Tu Hi Re, Aao Tume Chand Pe Le Jaye, Luka Chuppi, Aao Na, Kalank,.........Ufffff!!!

Tagging some folks who I believe enjoy Aru's singing. Apologies if you didn't want to be tagged ... if you are a fan of Aru, didn't want you to miss out on her Jaipur performance.

Arunita's parents went to Bangalore to consult a doctor and stayed with their son.
Arunita joined them yesterday and stayed at a hotel.
She left in a hurry early this morning as she had to attend the SS2 shoot. Either the shoot time was preponed or her leave of absence was not granted because she was originally scheduled to return midday.
Her parents return home tomorrow.

That is all the information that is available from reliable sources.
