i have taken Singaporean nationality .. but my race is still Indian ., and so it is for my son who is born here
similarly there are many people of Chinese origin race here .. who are Singaporean.. I am going off the topic..
But what I mean is nationality .. identifies as for country .. so all the people residing in NE are Indians But by race they may be of Chinese origin
