Mahesh is from Indore but we as viewers don't know much about his siblings or other family members. Indu and his father after confrontation and hospital drama with Mahesh, met Kadamabari that night while returning in a bus from Indore to Mumbai. So Kadambari's husband and in-laws are from Indore and she has returned to her home town and parents in Mumbai after dumping just born kid in a bus mercilessly, to start new life five years back with no baggage.
