Her face does look different as Hala, and it's totally the make up. I am glad she is tonight it down because she has such a healthy skin. She looked gorgeous in Ishqyia but way too much make up. She uses much less contouring in MH, which does make her face feel chubbier or fuller at places and lead to some people like Amna making weird comments on her cosmetic surgery
Like a good old tape recorder I'm gonna say it - i think Aly Khan shot everything last year and he didn't come back for reshoots or continuity shoots(š) so if the makers kept any of his scenes for later, they haven't been shot and thus we are left to our assumptions. Which isn't new as even after reshoots or daily shoots as if the actors now live and sleep at MH set, we get by mostly making assumptions.
If this was a psychological drama, IMDB rating of MH would be breaking the Internet, coz those dramas dream to be this vague.

Toh phir they could have simply changed the actor waise bhi he was not in the show for 28 epis,no one would have minded him having a plastic surgery after he came backš¤£...
