Oh this is such a lovely song..very catchy and after a long time a song that captures the essence of a place or thong so right.. waise I Don't even know when this film is coming but the music am sure will be promising given ke Rehman and Ratnam jodi hai. Thanks for sharing 👍

Sach main harishchander hi hai yeh bhi😆 but I am also liking how dev is liking her for these qualities of her instead of anything superficial.. she does all this caz she is like that only but it he ends up appreciating these and I mean this is actual AAT.A SAMAAN and whatever bullshit fliplie didi used to say ke bas her favor loye jao and act lime it is all fair and here rk toh yeh favor hai nahi her salary it is but still the girl is aware that given her qualifications and no experience it is a bit much ab koi fliplie devi ko dikhao asal swabhimaan aatmasamaan and apne kaam and apni qualifications ke mutabik chalna hita kya hai..funny baat toh yeh bhi hai ke vidhi had atleast gone to college and given exams woh arrears aa gaye alag baat hai but atleast seemed like she tried unlike fliplie ji jo padhi like kuch nahi bas show maarne and bade aadmi ko octane main hi busy ho gayi thi and it was being called journey and paya nahi kya kya loser

Word to everything else you said about Dev's scenes with Vidhi's family....I also liked how he didn't show up to do some grand tamasha or score points for the heck of it....they showed his struggle with not being able to walk away from seeing a girl being mistreated so much, isliye waapis jaakar bola after initially being told to get out cuz ghar ka maamla hai.....lol and so softly and politely he said ki sorry but mujhe is baat ka jawaab toh dena hoga....lol.....and yes I was also bracing myself ki overnight worshipping will start of Dev just cuz he defended them and offered Vidhi a job but aisa kuch hua nahin toh that was nice to see.

Vidhi's family is genuinely more consumed with their own problems than finding time to worship Dev filhaal....lol bas woh ring ki wajah se itna socha Dev ke baare mein but now they all seem back to their usual routine.

Re: job....oh I guess Vidhi's dad disapproves of woh chaachi ki job as well but wahaan uska control nahin hai na cuz woh unke saath ghar mein nahin rehte....lol so he tries to enforce this so called "parampara" only on the immediate women in his family. Woh Vidhi going with Chachi for the parlor appointment was a one off thing I guess cuz family emergency maan liya in logon ne use but regular job ke liye nahin allow karega the father.

Haan I liked the little father-daughter moment over hisaab as well....anyways I'm hoping Vidhi accepts the job soon. Ek aur full week na drag karein faltu ke wohi tamashe of Dev ke friends talking shit about her for not accepting the job.

Another moment I liked was Vidhi asserting herself in wanting to wear a simple bindi and not koi bhadkeeli si cuz she doesn't want to project an image of something she isn't.

Looks like vidhi aaj kal main office pohnch hi jayegi and I hope ke yeh log woh cliche office wale portrayel main na chalein jaayein..so far toh lagta nahi hai but yeah I guess woh loser friend swill be scheming..ughh to dlehte hain vodhi khid ko kaise bachati hai. Yeah I liked her bindi moment too and I genuinly felt bad for her where logon ki bakwaas got to her and she was upset even though she wasn't even interested in the rishta shaadi in first place but I liked maa ki advice wih bhi they had done nicely thay though she wants her to get married or whatever she isn't being pushy about it and still went and told her to respect herself forst instead of focusing on what shot people said about her..or blaming her.

And Haan amba seems to be a past he is happy to leave behind and not at all interested in rekindling it and he seems rather troubled ke yeh museenat phir se gale padh jaayegi but amba yoh such main joker hi nikli with that statement.. I mean I am sorry but kahan draupadhi and her reasoning and kahan yeh horny maasi ji😆

You're welcome yaar. I was intrigued about the soundtrack of this movie since Rahman is involved and it's Mani Ratnam and that's usually a solid partnership. Am also interested in the movie cuz of the whole sweeping scale to the history/source material for it. I think this is coming out sometime in Sept - probably just before or after Brahmastra....lol

Anyways, Vidhi is not gaaon ki gawaar and can actually do math so that makes a difference I guess😆....usko salary and qualifications ka correlation samajh aata hai unlike wannabe "phire" waali Fliplie ji....and waise bhi Fliplie was world champion in LYING throughout her story....while Vidhi is hyper honest😆.....so kuch toh farak hoga na😛

Aage pata nahin kahaan jaayegi story but yeah for now it's nice to see a girl having atleast some self respect and awareness about her starting salary and progress through a job. Like Dev said quite aptly....duniya mein aise log toh kahin nahin milenge jo aisi situations mein bhi imaandaari dikhaayenge....anyone else would happily latch on to the salary - qualifications be damned....lol but Vidhi madam special namoona hain😆....no wonder Dev smiles hearing her satyawaadi logics😆

@bold: Haan I'm also hoping it doesn't become typical LLHH and trip catch type crap in the office track aage.....waise toh jitna they keep harping about the age difference and the uncle references, hopefully they will lay off that for some time and focus on showing how Dev boosts Vidhi ka confidence first and the way trust develops between them.

Baaki I guess woh Amba ka drama ramp up karenge as she pursues Dev....lol but chalo atleast Dev-Vidhi will get regular interactions through the office work.

Exactly aaj kal kisi ka bharosa nahi hai..but i still am hoping ke yeh dev ko achanak sahaadi shuda na bana dein that would be too much to be honest.. yeh log age gap hi ache se handle kar lein badi baat hai forget the baggage of pehli biwi and all inke bas ka nahi hai woh

Man I loved every bit of this film..I do not remember this girl from dabang 3 caz it was so bad I never even watched beyond 10 mins😆 But she was alright here. I liked how the film covered everything but hardly dramatized the stuff and went ott in desh bhakti or anything..which made it even more powerful imo caz that jazba that zeal and passion came through even more strongly..and anyways that night is one of the hardest nights in recent memory I do remember beinf glued to CNN to get news and praying for situation to get better even here .. so ek emotional connect toh waise bhi hai.. but they have done such a fab job with it and seriously we need more talented guys like adivi who can multitask and make quality products..also was surprised to.see it.is a Mahesh babu production didn't knew that caz I think he made very typical madsla stuff before whatever he has produced so.it was nice surprise. Such fab fab performances by all the 3 major characters that is major and his parents..revathy and Prakash Raj were fantastic too.. really 👏 for dealing with thr matter sensitively and not over commercializing it.. so much better than shershah tbh..which is one if the better recent bollywood films still I couldn't really connect with capt there caZ the focus on more sensationlizong and all the praise for captain and all just started feeling superficial in mid as if they are trying too hard to make a hero out of a hero .. idk and all the overhype made me further disconnect caz the material was pretty average.. frankly speaking I expected the same here too but was pleasantly surprised and was hooked all the way..I really really liked this song

Haha yeah that girl is Sai Manjrekar and she had a decent role in this movie. But Adivi Shesh deffo stood out the most in what feels like was the role of a lifetime for him that he did full justice to.

Word on how this films feels like the best recreation so far of the 26/11 attacks cuz they did a very good job of capturing the horror and the tension unfolding. I think I said the same thing in my review also that it felt like you were right there with all the characters, the soldiers living it. Yep, the parents acted really well and Shobhita was another well done supporting character I felt. The movie managed to avoid the superficial jingoism mode and craft a compelling picture of a soldier who truly put his country before himself.

I toh am just thankful to them that they simultaneously released the movie in Hindi also to spare us a badly made Bollywood remake of this.....lol

Kal ka NUKSH felt a little slow but had some nice scenes.....

Directionally challenged Vidhi bhatakte bhatakte hi sahi jagah pe pahunch gayi do-do baar😆. Pehle toh she accidentally wandered over to the restaurant where Dev was having breakfast with his niece and baahar se hi dekh ke Vidhi was waving to him but he didn't see her cuz of the giant yellow umbrella over her head😆. Her attempt to say "thank you" by writing it on the umbrella so he could see it 😆....funny tha. But yeah basically she just wandered off when Dev didn't acknowledge her cuz he thought koi stranger hai😆

Then dusra she reached the sari shop where her mom works and got the background on her mom working there. Looks like this will finally build into her getting permission from her dad also to start work in the next epi.

Baaki toh yeh Amba ki creepy letters jo woh khud prakat ho jaati hai narrate karne.....lol....kya naya plot device nikala hai director ne😆....I would have liked to see some reflection from Dev about what he's thinking of all this....but they are still keeping him silent and just trying to avoid Amba. So pata nahin uska clarity kab milega.
