the way I think they will separate (temporarily for couple episodes) is maybe because they will feel the other is better off without them. So far we have :

1) abhi could not save akshu from falling. Shashi saved her - in his mind, abhi may think he cannot protect her from physical danger.
2) ak is putting her dreams on back burner to take care of abhi- in his mind, he may think he is being a hurdle in her path of success

3) people are saying ak doesn’t deserve to win competition and she has used “Birla” name and money to swing the results in her favor- abhi may think that association with him is working against akshu’s success

4) arohi may brainwash akshara to believe that all problems in abhi’s life are due to her including his hand injury and his recent car accident too

Both may think it better to get out of each other’s life and may sacrifice their love for each other.. the most prized possession for each of them is their love and they will sacrifice that for betterment of each other (gift of magi reference where both sacrifice their most prized possession). But at the end, destiny will win and things will work in Abhira favor only somehow..

This is just a guess… until makers do my popat (again 🙄)

it's just a month of marriage. It's a commitment for life. If hurdles come will people go apart that way without standing for each other? Will abhi leave if ak is in I'll health. Your points are valid as they created that way for abhi on head if any he thinks .Leaving the partner when he or she is in low life is horrible. Indeed it should be an eye opener to all how they succeed. If they try emotional separation for trps we can't say. It's their convenience always . Ar words can be toilet flush not impacted . As they are on constant trp and border they may try anything. Channels call. But it's interesting everyday how they do next.
