So I missed posting yesterday due to Hulu not uploading and thought of catching the subs the next day. So my thoughts will be for both episodes.

Yesterday's episode I thought was really good. Akshu and Abhi as usually having a disagreement about what the other one is doing for the other one 😆 But I have to agree with Akshu that Abhi's hand is important as time is of the essence in getting his hand healed. Akshu is just changing her priorities a bit. I know Abhi came out of a place of concern since he cannot bear the thought of her sacrificing her dream for him so he reacted the way he did. He can be so dramatic sometimes 😆 It probably needed to be said to Akshu that he still wants her to practice.

The special consultation doctor said it like it was because Abhi just wanted the facts so he gave it to him straight up. HC did such a good job with Abhi's private breakdown 👏

Now, coming to today's episode. I've noticed that anytime Abhi decides to do something in secret and more or less in a rash manner things backfire on him (Bringing Akshu to his house to tell the truth to his family about her feelings, Gifting Akshu the Musical Therapy Department). This time due to NSG/NSD's jealousy 🤔 she spread that lie and caused the fight at the venue. I know most people are upset with her but now I'm just laughing at her. She's desperate and just a sad human.

Now, that there is news about this fight I don't know why but I get a feeling it will somehow work in favor for Akshu and Abhi later on. NSG/NSD's plans generally go in the opposite direction and eventually everything works out for Akshu and Abhi. I have to say that Abhi actually was quite tame at the audition venue not like we seen before.

As for the new interns, its normal gossip. Truth be told Abhi does have a temper and in some ways it is true when he gets angry his behavior is not the best. But we know almost all the times its for a just reason and cause. But the media don't care and the interns don't know this about Abhi so along with his damaged hand his reputation is getting tarnished in public. Abhi has to remember he is 5 times the doctor than those young doctors. Just because he is not performing surgeries does not mean all the experience and knowledge he knows is lost. All he has to do is give them a pop quiz about things he has experienced in the field to show them he can still teach them something.

NSG up to no good. I personally think it was a good decision for Akshu not to tell NSG because of the fact she cannot be trusted. She's out for blood so even if she knew she would have done something to sabotage Akshu's efforts. But what I would prefer is Akshu at least telling Manjari, Neil, Anand, or Parth about her finding the doctor if she doesn't want to tell Abhi because she doesn't want to cause him to lose hope if the doctor won't agree.

Considering we got that Gift of the Magi dance sequence today. Why do I have a feeling that Akshu won't be able to convince the doctor to perform the surgery or maybe its not the doctor she is looking for? Today Abhi arranged the surprise audition and even though Akshu won there was a fight at the venue so chances are they rescinded their verdict due to the allegations.

So far, I am liking this track, specially the mystery about kunal khera. It’s so refreshing to see this mature, understanding, loving each other to death Abhira as compared to last track's “cannot understand each other and having big big egos” Abhira. Arohi is unwanted, unpleasant presence in the story and I would rather see mahima or HAM being anti-Abhira, but I have made my peace with it. It is what it is!. 🤷‍♀️I will just tolerate her as long as her plans are all made popat by makers. 😆 Her goal is to break #abhira na.. but I feel it will end up backfiring always.

Example 1- shashi. Arohi wanted to rile up abhi in jealousy but abhi ended up thanking shashi for saving akshu. In the end, ak was looking at abhi with eyes full of love and admiration for being so caring for her.
example 2- audition today. It may have caused a scene and bad publicity for Birlas but it only showed how strong are Abhira when it comes to looking out and fighting for each other.
example 3- interns disrespecting abhi for causing a scene and insinuating that he is loosing mental health and is frustrated due to his hand injury. We will need to wait for tomorrow’s episode to air to find out what happens but I am happy that ak and harsh heard this. So they will know what exactly is going on. I am sure ak will support abhi mentally. She may or may not give an earful to those interns but she definitely will not let abhi pay much attention to whatever they were saying. She will show to abhi that he is much bigger and better than them by using what dr Rohan said as an example. Harsh may witness this and start softening towards ak.

So all in all, final result will be positive for Abhira. In fact, I feel that whatever arohi tries might hurt them temporarily but at the end, it will always end up bringing Abhira closer strengthening their bond.

Today’s episode: Loved the unprompted, out of the blue “I love you abhi” and “I love you too akshu” scene.. so sweet these both are!❤️ Also loved how abhi was able to guess that ak couldn’t sleep well in the night worrying for him.

Ak’s Audition was nicely done! Sukoon! Loved the song and flashbacks to Ak’s first public performance. That first performance was for him and in a way, today’s performance was also for him. How far have they come! And what a beautiful journey it has been!

Dream sequence: so looks like track is inspired from “gift of magi”.. nice!! Very nice!!! Though I know the story summary, I am not able to fit the context in which it will play out with Abhira. I can guess that ak will be giving up her music for abhi (like she kind of already is putting her dream on back burner) but what will abhi give up? Birla name? (Meaning Abhira moving out?) OR will he distance himself from ak? (Thinking he is a hurdle in her success and not good enough for her anymore as he can’t protect her physically and is a burden for her)

Why couldn't the makers give us somedays of from her.

Firstly, I want to applaud the makers for selecting yet another haunting melody for Ak to perform. Ak’s songs and performances are memorable and many are replayed over and over- enjoyed the new song they added to her performance.

Also im glad the makers added scenes of a “real” music/talent contest complete with press, other contestants and judges for Akshara to participate in- many of us were bummed she had to duck out of the audition the first time.

Abhi’s injury happened on July 4th. It’s almost a month and Abhi’s injury has continued to worsen and he is going through a really tough patch.

The O. Henry short story they enacted seems to be how the track will play out, they will realize the extent to which they can go for the other.

They’ve got Aarohi close to Abhira, close enough to sabotage and ruin everything. 😭

Hope they get the TRP they want.

many which way, I believe by the end of this track, ak would have gained name and fame as a professional singer and abhi’s hand function will return to normal, hence both of them will be set in terms of career.

I am not worried about arohi much. This track is for Abhira to be standing strong together facing all problems and difficulties- so she may try whatever nonsense but is always going to fail. The only way Abhira will separate is for each other, like if they feel that their partner is better off without them in their life. And I don’t see it happening. 🤞

It would be very nice to see if Akshara replies back in her polite way to interns discussing about Abhimanyu which is so wrong on many levels. Sad but true fact. People hardly appreciate when you are doing good for society but one small thing (in this case Abhimanyu and Akshara both were not wrong at all during audition) and people will say bad things. Really hope we get to see fiery but tempered Akshara setting these useless people straight. Abhimanyu completely deserves this support from her and she should not think twice before supporting him in public when he’s right. I really did not appreciate her bland response when Kairav Abhimanyu had a tiff in hospital. Would be good for character growth if we see this change (in line with her character)

I agree I hope they get the TRP because there are 2 ways to read this:

1) Abhira being together and fighting against the odds

2) Arohi's khaands

The issue is I am afraid that the Creatives will look for the wrong things if the TRPs are not good. They will read it as the audience do not want Abhira working together so we need to separate them. When the audience is in fact responding to Arohi's screen space. For better or worse we have to accept that Arohi is just there to stir trouble. We have to keep watching the show on the TV to show you want Abhira together working out issues otherwise Creatives will do something drastic.

I was happy to finally get some scenes of Goenkas talking about marriages for Kairav, Vansh, and Arohi. And I was happy to see Parth and Shefali back today. We need all the side casts to get tracks to build the balance in the show. They used Manjari and Harshvardhan pretty well but now they are off on the side due to the separation. It's time to move forward with either bringing Anisha back (Anisha 2.0) or have Kairav break it off with Anisha so a new girl can come. Also, I want Neil and Harshvardhan to start bonding.

I completely agree on your two ways of reading this track. 1) Abhira being together and 2) arohi’s kaand. I feel like I am the only one enjoying this track and enjoying this Abhira while everyone else is complaining about arohi. Frankly, I don’t mind arohi as long as my Abhira are together.. I watch the show for Abhira and I am happy we don’t have any divorces/ remarriages nonsense cause that will really rile me up bad.

I am looking forward to makers moving on with side tracks of kairav-anisha or vansh-Reem or parth-shefali..
