There is my theory 🤣

I am not sure about doctor being moved by Abhira part but I am sure abhi can pull up a stunt like that saying I wouldn’t do physiotherapy/other treatments until she gives auditions.

My other theory is that something happened to that doctor, like some mental trauma or something that led him to give up surgery/medicine… and Akshu will play a role in that trauma. As to how it affects Abhira/akshu’s career will need to be seen.. but it will surely affect them when abhi gets to know the whole story I feel
