Jokes apart, I am not sure about ramta jogi being that surgeon or not but for feel he will create some drama between Abhira. My cliche brain thinks what if he falls for akshu and says I will only operate on abhi of you leave him and marry me next… 😆(but I am sure that won’t happen since I already thought about it)

So my next guess, what if this surgeon is from akshara’s past. I mean the three years when she was away from home that no one knows about in detail 😲
