I took the scene to be different with Dr. Sashi. Abhi is feeling more about how he couldn’t protect Akshu like he normally is able to. That is what Akshu immediately understood because whenever she fell he was always there to catch her and today because of his hand he couldn't. He was not jealous. He was least worried about who caught her hence he thanked Dr. Sashi for catching her. He's more focused on the things he use to do that he is slowly seeing he can longer do. He can barely hold a pen, hold a mug of coffee, hold his razor, or drive with his right hand without feeling pain. No way someone won't feel frustrated or inadequate about themselves the longer it takes to recover. He has yet to truly show that yet. But looking at the pre-cap he is getting there.

Arohi only thinks she can convince Abhi because of his hand he should leave Akshu. We all know Akshu won't leave him. Abhi may become a bit distant but it could be guilt of relying on someone to do things and Akshu putting her potential singing opportunity on hold because of his hand situation. What they should show him is also trying to do things with his left hand while he is rehabilitating his right hand.

It seems this season writers turned the drama quotation up a notch but don't realize too much drama and negativity can kill the essence of the show. There has to be a balance. Happy things have to happen.

Erm, is Aarohi applying for MD - applications for such courses often have the question "have you previously been or are you currently under investigation for anything that would impact your fitness to practice?" What will Aarohi say? I made a mistake and instead of hiding it my sister and BIL kicked me out of the hospital?

As for Abhi - I understand its not easy for a surgeon to be in his position but I also feel that he is wasting his potential and his capability and his knowledge by not working. He can still be a consultant cardiologist; he can still teach; be a lead investigator for clinical trials. He can read ECGs, scans, formulate treatment plans; see patients in clinic....there is so much he can do....I am not saying it will be easy for him but he shouldn't let this come in the way of saving lives.

I understand that surgeons prefer to be hands on but if Abhi is an interventional cardiologist then he still has enough knowledge to be a consultant - he doesn't have to do PCIs.

If he is a cardiothoracic surgeon then he can still do a lot. However, if he is cardiothoracics then why wasn't he able to operate on Manjari's valve? The signs on his door and in his office say cardiologist in which case I will go with interventional cardiologist.....
