I am not defending Imlie but her breakdown is not shown only Aryan so he is allowed to destroy and burn everything that reminder’s him of Imlie.

Yaar Gayu. I really do like Imlie. I fell in love with Aryan and he made me Fall in love with Imlie. Despite her mata syndrome and tendency to bring calamities down on her self by courting nonsense. He fell in love with her protectiveness, her impulsiveness, her ability to put and love others before her self and her righteousness. That’s what I love about her as well. (Mahanta aside which no one likes or can relate to) Just because these qualities now didn’t suit his purpose or according to him brought misery to them doesn’t mean she should do away with them. These are quite intrinsic to imlie’s makeup. You can’t love someone qualities as long as they are convenient for you. You have to love their vice’s as well. And perhaps that’s a lesson for both of them.

They are both wrong and they both didn’t have the emotional intelligence to deal with this situation. But from my perspective he has a lot to redemption to do.

Without 5 years how would we have "girl power" between Imlie and Gudiya? My eyes rolled so hard at that. Are the writers trolling us or what? Do they want me to hate Imlie?

Juxtaposing his fight with hers only made it worse. I hope the writers have planned to show her devastation in upcoming episodes. I can't connect with her anymore.
