I think only Netflix original series will have English dubbed version. Totnt aired on Korean tv and Netflix bought the streaming rights a long time after it finished airing. It's official streaming partner is Viki.

Yeah, age difference is fine if they show the same age. Problem occurs when they show the male lead too young when he does not look that young on screen. And age difference is visible when the girl and guy playing are of same age. š
